Processing on your device

The app converts PDFs with extractable text to DOCX. Original PDFs and results are not uploaded to a developer-operated conversion server. No account is needed. The app contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

For conversion and later access, the app stores imported PDF copies, generated DOCX files, names, page counts, file sizes, processing states and recent-document records locally. It also stores the original-file location and system-provided file-access bookmarks. The app does not send this information to the developer.

Storage and removal

Files and records remain in app data so you can return to them. Canceled or failed conversions clean up their temporary files; interrupted processing remnants are cleaned up on a later launch. Removing a recent entry only hides it; it does not delete PDFs or DOCX files. Exported copies remain in your chosen location.

The current version has no single action to erase all internal documents. Deleting the Mac app bundle should not be assumed to remove its data. System backup copies are managed by the system or backup service.

System features and file services

The app uses system file selection, previews and sharing. If you choose iCloud, another file provider or a sharing destination, that service may transfer or sync documents under its settings and privacy policy. “On-device conversion” describes where conversion runs; it does not mean system preview processes or the device are blocked from all networking.

Support email and website

If you email us, we receive your address and the content you choose to provide to respond to the request. Avoid sending private PDFs or sensitive information. We delete support emails from our support mailbox within 30 days after the related support issue is closed. To request earlier deletion, email the address below; we will handle the request within 30 days of receipt unless the law requires longer retention. The email provider manages its own backups.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no document-upload form and we have not added a visitor analytics script. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, routing and other technical request information to provide hosting, network and security services. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for its practices.
